Hanging with Willy Herrera
Willy Herrera was kind enough to take a break from the hectic Drew Estate booth to tell us what he’s up to these days.

Stogie Stein
One of the interesting things Brian and I discovered on the show floor was the Stogie Stein ashtray. We thought it was pretty unique…what do you think?

Today I have a first impressions of the Swag cigar made by Oliveros in the Infamous (6×54) size.
I was gifted this cigar from Mike Williams.

First thing I notice is the Swag is covered almost head to foot with bands and tissue paper. I dont mind if I am buying a box but buying singles, …
Herf’n Heads – Featuring the Alec Bradley American Classic Blend

Last week I put together a Week in Smoke. On that post I recieved a comment from Johnnyv saying that he was a big fan of the Week in Smoke series as well as Herf’n Heads. After that little pat on the back, I fired off a message to Mike to see if we could get together for a virtual herf. As it turns out, we were able to get together later that morning.
When Mike and I …
VegaFina – Toro
I have for you this week a cigar that seems to have different bands at different places and that cigar is the VegaFina. I am hoping the blend is the same but I really have no idea why the bands are different. I am starting to think they are in the middle of a change in the design and some places have older and some newer.
Blend for this is an Ecuadorian Connecticut shade wrapper with an Indonesian TBN …
Arturo Fuente Rosado Sungrown Magnum
This week we have our good friends Tom and Ed joining us on Stogie Review. The guys take a close look at the Arturo Fuente Rosado Sungrown Magnum. Before playing the video, read over a short message from Tom.
After a little break from video reviews, Ed and I finally got together again. Both of us tend to gravitate to fuller bodied cigars, but sometimes a mellow, relaxing smoke can fit the occasion. We think this cigar is easy enough

Perdomo Champagne Noir Super Toro

I know what you’re thinking. It’s something along the lines of, “so Brian, what’s up with all the 6 x 60 reviews lately? Didn’t you say you’re not a fan of large ring gauges?” It’s a fair question. I haven’t changed my tune about super thick smokes. But as you know, many of the new cigars hitting the market these days have been pretty hefty. In the case of the Perdomo Champagne Noir, exclusively so. If you want to try …
Compact 1300-C Butane Jet Lighter
Welcome back for another accessory review. Today is going to be another inexpensive lighter, the Compact 1300-C Butane Jet Lighter.
I again, received two of these lighters from jjo along with a nice selection of cigars. I really enjoy doing these accessory reviews but I kept the video a lot shorter this time so as to not go over the 4GB mark and cause problems again.
Right off the bat, here is a link to buy these Compact 1300-C …
Saints & Sinners Smoke Giveaway

What an interesting day it has been…the comments from the Tatuaje 7th Capa Especial review weren’t what I was expecting. A lot of the comments made for a great laugh to get me and others through the day. Its all good but I hate to end the day with so much negative energy fucking with my ch’i. We first heard about Saints & Sinners club last year during our coverage of IPCPR. A few months back, the Saints & Sinners…
Tatuaje 7th Capa Especial

The newest line extension from the stables of Pete Johnson and Tatuaje Cigars is the Tatuaje 7th Capa Especial. This adds to the 7th line that also consists of the 7th (Ecuadorian Habano) and the 7th Reserva (Connecticut Broadleaf). Same binder and filler as the other two with the 7th Capa Especial sporting a rosado-ish Sumatra wrapper. A pretty interesting activity that I would encourage trying is to compare and contrast the 7th by smoking each wrapper. Its definitely …
