The first day is in the books and we covered quite a few companies including:

  • United Cigar
  • AVO/Camacho
  • Room 101

After the show we enjoyed the hospitality of General Cigar at Carson’s Kitchen downtown for drinks, cigars and appetizers. On our third stop of the day, we were treated to the new Dueto, a collaboration between Boris Wintermans and Ernesto Perez-Carrillo. The Gran Toro was showcased and we were able to sit down and light one up. The MSRP is 8 to 12 and will be available in a limited release later this year.

Today I smoked my first ever Crux Limitada PB 5. What an amazing cigar!

 

UPDATE: After telling a new local shop about the cigar, they called Crux and ordered 5 boxes.
