The Griffin's Nicaragua
My local shop introduced me to The Griffin’s Nicaragua a while back. The didn’t bring a lot of them in, at least as far as I can tell, but they told me it was good and I should try it. I bought one and my initial experience was positive. As I smoked it, I thought it’d be a fun cigar to review. When was the last time you smoked a The Griffin’s cigar? I know it’s been years for me. My last one was probably either a Special Edition or the Fuerte, neither of which seem to be easy to find these days.

The Griffin’s is of course a cigar produced by Davidoff, so it’s not too surprising to see a Nicaraguan blend. They’ve recently released Nicaraguan blends for both the Davidoff and AVO cigar lines. The question I had approaching the cigar was, how similar is it to those lines, and is it any good? To find out the answer to those questions, and perhaps a few other questions you hadn’t yet thought of, click the play button below. You will have your answer in a mere five and a half minutes.
