Admittedly I really enjoyed this cigar. Upfront the construction was impressive; loved the double band action.

The flavor was very appealing to me, I got a creamy butter with some changing spice throughout.

I did have a heck of a time with the draw as it was super tight. I originally went with a punch but loosened it up with a straight cut.

I know I am a bit late on my comment here, but I think that your review is spot on. I really like this cigar and might pick up a box while they are still available. Really complex, I honestly don’t think I got all of the flavors that I could from this cigar and look forward to smoking some more. Thanks for the review and the suggestion!

Canola oil, hair gel and muscle rub? Are we talking about a cigar or a night in a sketchy bar in the bad part of town? I don’t know where your cigar had been before you smoked it, but I’m not surprised your experience with it was a bad one.

2 hours? At 14 bucks, I wish this stick would burn for 2 hours. Something of this size might last a little over an hour in my opinion, unless you’re pretty much giving it a “peck on the cheek” everytime you draw. As an “Inaugural” cigar, E.P.C. is basically saying, “This is a taste of what you have to look forward to…” I really hope his cigars either get better, or cheaper – personally, I’d prefer better. btw ~ no hints of cotton candy and rainbows and unicorns…? What gives?! Gimme a Padron.
