I smoked a robusto out on the golf course yesterday. The burn was perfect; the ash was great and didn’t fall off even a 2+ inches as I walked with it. In fact, it was pushing 3″ before it fell off. The draw was even aand the cigar didn’t require a re-light until the final 1/4. Like Brian said, it was simply an enjoyable cigar to smoke.

Just smoked one (torpedo). Beautiful band, like a ruination. But like a ruination, It tasted like I was smoking a chemical factory logroll. It tasted crappy but burned unevenly. However, the ash was pitiful.Give me an Achilles or a ’68!

Just got a box of these from CI and will be lighting up my first one on the ride home tonight after work…couldn’t pass up a deal for a 25 ct box of Robusto’s for $50!

Smoked one about a week ago….A GREAT STICK! Loved it. Compares favorably to much higher priced cigars. The only complaint I had, was that I only had one, and had to wait to smoke a second one till I went back to my local cigar store.

I’m just a third into it and I’m having no burn issues, though the wrap leaf completely disintegrated. It was left at my house last night, and it’s making a good breakfast.

Did anyone else that smoked these have a problem with taste? I’ve smoked 2 of these so far, in the 6×60 size, both started out tasting great, and then after the first third i can’t taste anything and dont even feel the smoke going through my nose, like it numbed both my tongue and nostrils, then what little taste i do get turns chemically. I never ran into this problem before until this cigar, and it really pissed me off cuz i dug the first third alot for the money. I want to buy one more and give it another shot but everything in me is telling me not too.
