Iv'e acquired the 1961 some time ago and I smoke one on a special occassion. The New version should be as good or better than the first batch.The man has got his shi? together when it comes to producing some really fine cigars. I first got started on the Vintage 1990's. They have been my favorite for a while - I liked them even more than the Decade. By chance I just picked up a box of the 1961's and the Summer Collection. I thought the Summer Collection was pretty good... but the 1961 was amazing. I think this is now my favorite RP cigar. It finished full with a nice bouquet of smoke with every puff. I don't know about coffee or caramel or any of that, only that I know what I like and I'll be sure to buy this smoke again!
