I’ve smoked a number of these but can’t say that I’ve ever gotten the flavors you mentioned. I usually get nuts (cashew), cream, and some of the vintage earthiness. Blackberry would be interesting though…

I had some of these in the Lancero size and I found them to be a great meld of the 90 & 92 Vintages which I love. No construction issues in the fiver I went through. I did not however find the Fusion MM (double maduros) to my liking at all. Muddy tasting to me. I have the rest of those sitting in the humi hoping they’ll age better.

Great review! Sounded REALLY good till you got to the final third! Blackberry pie, mmmmmmm!!!! I might snag one if they are cheap enough just to try and get the blackberry taste from it, but i doubt I will go much past halfway, so it better be a cheap cigar
