These Padron 1964 and 1926 Series are just incredible. Worth every penny. I buy them by the box so I can age them and see how they improve with time. 1964 Anniversary “A”, 1926 40th Anniversary, 80 Yr Maduro, all fantastic. Consistent too.

My Son got me hooked on the 80th. He went to my favorite cigar shop and asked what the favorite cigar was without consideration of cost. now I look forward to my birthday and Christmas, I now get four sticks a year and then I hoard them until I have perfect conditions. Its just my favorite cigar, my guilty pleasure. Great job on the review. Its 2 months until my birthday and I’m down to one 80th in my humidor. Think that I’ll go look at it..

You can’t go wrong with this cigar! Great descriptive review. I think you’d like the 40th anniversary as well. Especially considering the price difference between the two. You’ll have to check our last review for the Padron cigar porn section

Woohoo! Solid is my friend!

I can see splurging once in a great while, but can anyone really say that this cigar is 2-3 times as good as a great $10-$15 smoke?

I can see where this would make a great gift but no way I’m buying one for myself.

Sure, you can be my friend! I would say a responsible person would not spend over $30.00 bucks for a single cigar. Hey we all have priorties! Sometimes you just have to treat yourself, so an occasional treat won’t break the bank.

Very nice gift! Good review Brian. While I would like to agree with Solid on the point of trying these expensive sticks at least once, I just can’t see myself dishing out the cash for ‘em.

I definitely hear ya. I’m very, very tempted to buy another today when I head out to do some errands. I’m already working out the rationalization in my head. (Parents were mean to me as a kid, Solid made me do it… Hmmm… my excuses still need some work.)

Good idea- talk people into buying it for you. Wanna smoke an 80th? Be prepared to tell everyone you know it’s your absolute favorite cigar. Wife/Parents/Friends ask you for a Christmas wish list? Hand her back a slip of Paper with Padron 80th written on it. LOL

I’ll have to check that review out. I don’t think I’ve ever heard anybody say anything bad about this smoke. (Well, except me- I did point out the wrapper flaws. LOL)
