Smoking bans really suck. In NJ the smoking ban went into effect in April of 2006. I live in a condo and the condo association is debating banning smoking in our complex. That would really suck because then I wouldn’t even be allowed to smoke in my own home. What ever happened to our freedom?
man this sucks we are going to turn into a nazi state.
When they outlaw cigars… only outlaws will have cigars

oh yeah nazi state huh and i suppose now that smoking is banned now maybe we’ll start enforcing a dictatorship?…it’s obvious you have no idea what a nazi state is.
California and Arizona passed it too. I always loved walkin’ into some of the local nightspots ’round phoenix where I could order a beer and light a cigarette. I felt welcome especially when smoking was allowed. Seem’s like everybody copies California.
