A very good smoke, but I had issues with the wrapper as well. It started to peel and crack...could be just a bad one?

Adam -

Thanks for visiting the site and taking the time to leave a comment! Don Tomas is one of those cigars that can be easily overlooked. I hope my review and your comments will entice folks to give them a shot!

The Don Tomas is one of the best cigars I have ever smoked. I only buy either these or Romeo and Julieta's now, and both are incredibly satisfying. The Don is much more potent than the Romeo, and is more difficult to get a thick draw out of, but is well worth the time and effort. The flavor of this cigar is superb and I have never had a problem with the wrapping or burn. Excellent, excellent cigar.

I always wondered about the Don Thomas cigars. You've convinced me to pick one up the next time I'm out.

I like the additional scoring you did. I dont have a subscription or a pay account with Cigar Aficionado, so most times i go there i'm out of luck when it comes to review scores.

Ive just stumbled onto cigar world, and i think its great. Very easy to use and has short but informative facts about the brand of cigar your looking up.

Good review and score sheet. Very informative as always. Keep up the good work.
